During my research in Pollution I've learn that pollution is not only affecting our lands, it is also affecting our waters sources. About 250 millions cases of diseases happen per year, resulting in about 5 to 10 millions deaths.
Besides water pollution there's also air pollution, which is totally different but at the same time just as important. Many factories spread 3 million tons of toxic chemicals into our air and land.
The thing that I found out about and shocked me the most were the diseases that are caused and or triggered by air pollution. For example asthma is triggered by high levels of air pollution, COPD, Cystic fibrosis, etc.
